All holiday orders (after December 16th) will ship out the week of January 2nd 2017
All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS and come with a tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated based off weight and location. Orders are shipped within three - ten business days from when you placed your order and can usually take up to 3 days to one week to reach their destination depending on location (usually faster but don't quote me)
We ship all over the world! For an approximate list of countries click here. International orders are also shipped via USPS within three - ten business days. Depending on location shipping times may vary. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on weight and location. I'm not responsible for any customs and/or import duties fees that may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. If your country isn't on this list email me and let's try to work something out.
Track it down
Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location.
Unfortunately I can't can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by USPS. If this happens please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as well as USPS.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sale are final. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact me at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt. I don't accept cancellations/refunds but please contact me if you have any problems with your order such as damages. For damage items please let me know ASAP and items should be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are welcome. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
SLL is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not my responsibility.

SLL has attempted to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the displayed colors of the products may vary depending upon the device, monitor, and display settings of the user. SLL cannot guarantee that the images displayed on the user’s monitor or screen will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Moreover, products listed on the Site may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change without notice.
