Shipping

Please allow 7-14 days for shipping | All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS First Class and come with their very own tracking number that you will receive once the package ships.

Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days from when you placed your order and usually take up to one additional week max to reach their destination.

international shipping

We ship all over the world! For an approximate list of countries click here. International orders are also shipped via USPS within three - ten business days. Depending on location shipping times may vary.  Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on weight and location. I'm not responsible for any customs and/or import duties fees that may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. If your country isn't on this list email me and let's try to work something out.

Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sale are final. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact me at shop@solacilike.com within 14 days of receipt. I don't accept cancellations/refunds but please contact me if you have any problems with your order such as damages. For damage items please let me know ASAP and items should be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
 

 

Conditions of return + DAMAGES

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SLL STUDIOS is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not OUR responsibility.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to me. Please be aware that you are obliged to file a damage report to your local postal service, including pictures, in order to receive a refund.

SLL STUDIOS has attempted to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the displayed colors of the products may vary depending upon the device, monitor, and display settings of the user. SLL cannot guarantee that the images displayed on the user’s monitor or screen will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Moreover, products listed on the Site may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change without notice.
